Agex Studio is a free, open-source, browser-based AI coding environment. It is provided as-is for personal and experimental use.
You provide your own OpenRouter API key. You are responsible for any costs incurred through your API usage. Your API key is stored in your browser's localStorage and is never sent to any Agex Studio server.
Your code, files, and session data are stored locally in your browser. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if lost.
Agex Studio connects to third-party services (OpenRouter, Google APIs) on your behalf. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services.
Code and content produced by AI models through Agex Studio may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it.
Agex Studio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the authors of Agex Studio shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, API charges, or reliance on AI-generated output.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
